Hi, all!
Here finally comes the ambitus engraver. Sorry for the long delay of
several weeks; but I still have severe teTeX problems since lily 1.5.59.
Currently, I have to manually tweak TEXMF and TEXINPUTS and/or set up
various symbolic links to work around font problems.
This is the last new feature that I wanted to be put in before 1.6. Now I
am going to fix/enhance broken things like time signature and baroque
notehead style.
BTW., to solve the time signature problems, I still would like to
extend the \time syntax. However, since my original proposal was
considered being too over-engineered (and anyway would take too much time
for 1.6), I would like to implement a small solution, adding syntax of the
form "\time n[a:b]/d" (as an optional extension of the current form "\time
n/d") just to be able to address shapes "C" and "O" including their
slashed and dotted variants. Would that be ok?
Another thing: "make distclean" does not remove directory "share" in the
top level directory. Is this a bug or intended behaviour?
