Oh, ye of little faith.  :)

I'm certain that a Frog *could* do it.  Sure, it might take a few
months, but it'd be a great learning process about the lilypond
internals.  If my summer plans go as I hope, then I might do it
myself.

Just make sure you add it to the tracker so that we don't lose it.
