Conspicuously absent is lily-487dce2c.ly.  Guessing from the PDF, this
might be one of the MIDI regtests so perhaps something in the respective
Makefile there is bad.

There likely should be some file

with contents that make it possible to identify the corresponding
file/part.

With luck, even a corresponding log file.
