First of all, I don't have a problem with English, it's just not my childhood 
language.
I didn't say keep 5/2 and 7/2 alterations.
5/2 and 7/2 are practically not used in Arabic music.
Before the changes you suggest, the hel-arabic.ly file was complete, and it 
doesn't need another 
file to write all Arabic and Western music.
So ,I think the new hel-arabic.ly file is fine. It contains the essential
