So I guess what SHOULD work is
\paper {
#(set-paper-size "a4landscape")
\include "../../Include/paper.bookTitleMarkup.ily"
}
Guess what :-( it has absolutely no effect. (And I tried putting the
paper block both before, and after, the score. I think I also had it
inside the score block at one point.)
That's why I'm so puzzled, because Colonel Bogey has landscape music.
