If you do, you can download LilyPond from Edit -> Preferences -> LilyPond and press the little down arrow on the Add button. Instructions are here: https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.24/Documentation/learning/graphical-setup-under-macos If you don't use Frescobaldi, things are a little tricky, but tell us how you use LilyPond and I or someone can walk you through it. MacPorts is only for macOS less than 10.15. -- Knute Snortum
