That depends on input language, which is set using \language ;) at the  
beginning of a document. You’ll find it in the docs. bf and cs I think  
should be \language "english".


If you want to change the language of an existing LilyPond file, Frescobaldi 
has a function to add or change the \language statement and convert all the 
existing notation.  When I get files in another language, it's the first thing 
I do!
