JZ yes we can, but please make this kind of question on lilypond-user@gnu.org have you tried to download the program listed in the download page (http://lilypond.org/web/install/)? the installer is here http://lilypond.org/download/binaries/mingw/lilypond-2.6.3-1.exe if you have tried to install it, could you be a bit more specific about what happened?
