"GPLv2 or later" means that you can interpret the work as being covered instead by GPLv3, which _is_ compatible with AGPLv3. It's only if you have an explicit GPLv2-only licence that you have an issue here.
For this latter case, is there a specific concern that you have here, or only a general one?
