Left-hand clefs - just temporary expedience, I grabbed them from somewhere. Will eliminate them or replace with Lilypond clefs.
Brandenberg - again, expedience. Grabbed from mutopia. Will replace examples with the ones from the manual. Cheers, and thanks!
