First of all, thanks for the report and sorry for delay! It seems that this is related to http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2013-11/msg00839.html http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2013-11/msg00290.html I'm afraid that this is too complicated for me to fix now. I hope to see into it in the future, but i don't know when it may happen. Anyway - thanks for the report, this should help me find a solution.
