Yes, under Windows 7 64-bit, I get the flipped F at the following sizes:

3.9, 2.0, 1.4, 1.1, 0.7, 0.5, -0.1, -0.2, -0.3, -0.6, -1.3, -1.4, -3.9. -4.0
