  I don't really think before/after is nessecary for the demo. Simply select
very few package groups and then finalize the install.

  The 'After' demo could be a Linux system already installed on that HD that
will be booted after the install is complete.

  Oh, and I think a Pentium 75 will NOT be of use in this kind of demo.
