This might be a major attack on the copyleft movement. Will this bill make
it illegal to compile a free dictionary, or a free atlas, or a free film
database, or free WWW archive? (It won't stop the sharing and dissemination
of information -- no law can do that -- but it will make it _illegal_.
Breaking the law in order to think and communicate with others is no way to
live.)
