I have a new copyleft license that definitely fulfills these goals.
It is different in approach from the OpenContent license, but it
fulfills the goals outlined above -- we should work together, at
minimum to ensure that the licenses are compatible.
It has been under review since last November, but is now within
epsilon of release.
