Something to consider is the expanding needs for professional staff to support
volunteer governance.

Most recently, we lost a volunteer who covered almost all our AV needs-Jim
Cunningham.
Having someone on board to ensure meetings and events are well covered and
recorded and retrievable may take new investment.
As our IT muses expand, we may need to expand our IT capacity.

I would much rather invest in personnel than space.

I await the presentation at SoTT to see what I am missing.
Meanwhile, I continue to dig through old reports and data sheets to better
prepare myself to be a critical consumer at the ups coming meeting.
