I have to disagree with this. As a teacher, I find interim positions to be 
disruptive and only to be used if there is a very good reason. Our outgoing 
superintendent is an amazing superintendent and I have full trust in her and in 
the committee to choose someone qualified to be the principal. I fully expect 
that whoever we hire for both open positions will be able to work with each 
other as their job entails.
