Hi, I'll be at the Library tomorrow evening, Thursday, 5:30-7:30, available to discuss the Hanscom expansion and why it's a bad idea, and to provide info about filing public comment by June 14th. Every comment counts! I'll be in the "Study Room" to the left of the main door.
Also, good to sign National Trust for Historic Preservation petition to Governor Healey and US DOT Secretary Pete Buttigieg who is over the FAA and may have some sway re the expansion. The National Trust included Minuteman National Park and Walden and nearby landmarks on the list of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places for 2024 on the basis of the threat posed by the Hanscom Expansion. The National Trust has been remarkably successful over the years in protecting places they put on their list. Link to National Trust petition: savingplaces.org
