As I'm monitored not sure when this will make the airwaves.

Most are missing the point. A thoughtful and caring group of predecessors
and stewards of our land originated this bylaw and it was approved by like
kind and it is now being misinterpreted void of it's underlying theme.
Would be good to see some respect.
