I have also noticed a low tick population for the last several months. I walk my dog in grass fields several times a day, we usually always get a tick or two but not in the last few months. Fingers crossed.🤞

I've been out doing "spring me" a big favor by weeding out my garlic mustard and greater celandine now so I won't have so much to do in May. But what's weird is, no ticks. Is it just me or are other people experiencing a low tick fall as well? Drought? I usually get a tick bite or two in the fall.
