Regarding the slow launch: Read the Macromedia tech-note about "fast start" projectors. -ShockProjector with external DLLs -External Xtras -Projector is only "Stub" Regarding the slow performance, this could be so many things, but: -What is your framerate? -Are you doing some kind of heavy continuous operations? --Transitions --String operations --Manipulating lots of pixels It helps to break the problem down in smaller test-files, to isolate the problems, when analyzing.
