You can backsave to FL5 format, and embed the file that way. I would
recommend that before anything else!
The course otherwise left to you is a little like attempting to
communicate the procedures to perform brain surgery over the phone to a
Cub Scout with impaired motor skills. You can do it but it would take
much longer than it would to just cut through the intermediaries, and
there's far too much margin for error.

No, the Flash would do a post operation directly. There's no reason to
include JS in this at all.

It's going to become more so. There's a new version due soon that
promises to change most of the existing code structures. You'd be
happier looking at Python instead. (It's more like Lingo anyway.)
