Well, the idea is for a small utility for a game, and if I can pull it
off I would like to release it(for free of course). I assume I would
have to register to release it?

If it's a hobby project (ie: not publicly distributed), I think you can
use the demo - you'll get a popup message when it loads. It's great for
trying out the Xtra before buying it. Of course if this is a project to
be distributed to the masses, that's something else..

It is quite an excellent xtra. I've used it where I work for many
projects - both commercial titles and in-house tools. It's wonderful. :)
