Not running Panther, but I would say these are "operating system incompatibilities" and not "bugs." AFAIK, DMX has not been approved or updated to run on Panther.

I think this is the good old Panther bug where graphics don't work if the application uses both quickdraw and Aqua PDF technologies at the same time. There are other apps that suffer from this, for example Steinberg Cubase SX 2.0.
