i have end users who can not use my getNetText(), downloadNetThing() due to
routing through a proxy server.
i see that netLingo xtra has a proxyServer() command, but it doesn't really
explain its uses, just that a proxy server can be specified...would use of
this enable the user to perform these tasks?
