Yes and no...

There is no command to stop a film loop of the "looping = 0" variety, but
you can simulate it with a bit of forethought.

If you want a filmloop to cycle a set number of times and then appear to
stop you can run it in a single frame and:

1. figure out how many increments there will be to satisfy your conditions.
(If you want an eight frame film loop to cycle three times then there will
be 24 increments, for example.)

2. Write a counter for the exitframe handler, and have it go somewhere else
or swap the film loop for a static graphic of the first frame when the
conditions have been met.
