1) What Xtras are "necessary" depends on what your program uses.  If you 
don't use any internet access, you might be able to get rid of neturl, 
etc., but if you do use net calls, then you need those Xtras.

2) If speed is your concern, leave them unbundled (in the Xtras 
folder).  If you put them internally, the first thing Director does when 
running a projector is unpack them to a temporary folder and THEN load 
them.  As a result, it takes longer.  For quickest launches, keep them 
unbundled.
