Thanks to all for the suggestions,
I tried creating a new member and copying the script text into it, ... NG
then I copied the text to an external file and restarted, this seemed to
work, but when I made any serious changes to this file, ...NG
Then I created a new member, re-typed everything, closed the script window
and it was gone. Couldn't find it in any of my cast windows (that's a first
for me -Friday the 13th??)
Finally I successfully typed it into a new member and viola! It's alive
again.
One interesting thing that I noticed was that the new object works fine as
either parent or movie script. What's the difference between the two types
of scripts??
