FileIO problem

I want to save LIST to file with fileIO.

List looks like :

["0": "werwerwerwer", "1": "joko", "2": "fghfghfhfgh"]

How to write it to file ? " is problem .. 

How can I convert all " to any character in string .. For example # ..
