Hello,
I'm trying to do something with the file IO xtra but
I am having trouble figuring it out.
What I want to do is check to see if a file exists
and if it does, I want to load it, and if it doesn't
I want to write it.
The file will exist at C:\ and is a .txt file.
How can I accomplish this using File IO?
