It doesn't matter what definition you or I give, what matters is the 
definition  Gen. Keith B. Alexander uses.

I would suggest that OS/Network sysadmin might be open to automation, 
but application sysadmin is a different ball game altogether. If Gen. 
Alexander is conflating the two, then it's a worry.
