Seems that's probably caused by Netflix's user agent sniffing. Apparently
Netflix was working in Pale Moon in June, due to Pale Moon's special
UserAgent (UA) string preference setting for Netflix, according to people
in this thread:
https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8509

However, maybe Netflix site has been changed since then, and if so maybe
the UA string needs to be changed. If you can be bothered, you could check
(in about:config) whether the preference:
   "general.useragent.override.netflix.com"
exists in your Pale Moon installation, and if not add it as discussed in
the above mentioned thread, and/or trying changing it to the same UA string
as your Firefox browser.

Re Ghostery, reportedly it will work in Pale Moon if the user disables
addon compatability checking, as explained in the third post in this
thread:
https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8676

Re Privacy Badger (PB), apparently v1.0 broke compatibility with Pale Moon
(i.e. older versions of PB work). It's apparently believed that the
forthcoming "2.0 milestone" version of PB will restore compatibility,
according to:
https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=9097

Obviously the above type of workarounds would be inconvenient, etc, for
some, perhaps many, potential users, but they're typical of the situation
whenever one chooses to use a browser that isn't one of the best known two,
or in more recent years, three.

I'm reminded of some web site's sniffing / incompability with Opera,
especially in its early days. Imo, Pale Moon's "solution" to that problem,
at least for users who have the inclination and time to make config
adjustments, is much better than Opera's ever was, see:
"What to do when a website doesn't recognize Pale Moon"
https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6004

So far (in ~6 weeks), I haven't come across any web site where I've had to
change the UA string and all but 1 extension I tried to install just
worked. Obviously individuals' mileage will vary.

Irene
