David, It may also be worth considering the biometric "feature" in terms of http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~rja14/econsec.html with respect to "The National Facial Biometric Matching Capability" which links photos from the Driver's License, Passport to CCTV footage. i.e. once the biometric is uploaded to the "cloud", it would be a feature request to link this to "The Capability" too.
