Are you deliberately trying to use TLS? You'll need a valid client
certificate to so so. If not, disable it. Looks like perhaps Linphone is
unable to initialize its TLS engine so is then not binding to the interface
on 5060.

Things may start working with TLS disabled -- but if not, at least you'll
get fewer messages in the log.
