I don't have an iPhone, but I understand you can add an additional
Apple/iCloud accounts on the phone.
You may want to get a VPN for the USA and download the app from there.
I have a couple of Google accounts for two different countries for that
very reason. Some apps or purchases are only available in one or the other.
