The strange thing is that previous versions were available, and it is normally available on Android now. So, it’s possible that there was an oversight in the update, preventing it from appearing in the App Store.

I don't have an iPhone, but I understand you can add an
additional Apple/iCloud accounts on the phone.
You may want to get a VPN for the USA and download the app from
there.
I have a couple of Google accounts for two different countries
for that very reason. Some apps or purchases are only available in
one or the other.
