Feature request: On my regular cellphone app hitting the volume control
(up or down) silences an incoming call, but still lets it ring in the
ear of the caller. I would like Linphone to do the same thing.
Yes, I know I can send it to voicemail, but I get a *lot* of spam phone
calls, and sending a call to voicemail confirms to the caller that I am
here, just not answering them. Which encourages them to keep trying with
different forged caller IDs, trying to find one that gets me to answer.
Instead, I want to make my phone appear to be an abandoned line that
only rings and rings and rings. This strategy does seem to have helped
on my regular cellphone number.
