Hi Kent,

As you can see in the GitHub issue 
https://github.com/BelledonneCommunications/linphone-android/issues/2394, you 
can do that by pressing the power button.

We used to support the volume button to do that, but with the new telecom 
package this is not (yet?) available.
An issue has been opened on Google's bug tracker for it.
