Probably not in a unmodified state; that customer is pretty rabid about not
allowing their users to employ non-platform neutral stuff. They use it
primarily to handle the transfer of pages and the basic composition and
editing functions. They also provide their users with a small library of
basic elements that replace the MS-supplied ones, so it sounds like they
circumvented the issue by supplying their own resources.
