On SuSE SLES7 and SLES8, I am mounting a z/VM SFS filespace and when I try to list the files on the mount, on the console of the Linux z/VM userid gets constant error messages of: NFS: short packet in readdir reply! I have been using this "setup" on a SuSE 2.2.16 to the same SFS for quite a while without any problems. I've tried various NFS parms, but still have the same errors. Any direction would be helpful.
