Also, I had to break up the 'dasd=' to list the swap device first, the install disk second, then I put in a range. Ie. dasd=200,201,202-22d. then the only problem I had was that I had to do a mknod on some of the disks that didn't show up on cat devices. After that the dasdfmt worked for me.
