I can read it with Acrobat Reader 5.0.8 for Linux. I haven't scrolled through the whole thing, but the first couple dozen pages look fine.
The Table of Contents is missing the entries for the main body of the book (with Xpdf 2.01) which means that I need to browse the book from start to end and cannot cheat by jumping to the interesting chapters ;-)
