Are you using the boot images from SLES8 SP3? OSA TR support should be in
there.

Subject: SLES8 install using QDIO Token Ring
SUSE SLES8 apparently has no support to install using the newer QDIO Token
Ring OSAs. The install complains about "detected tr0; was expecting
eth0". Does SLES9 have it?
