Hi Ralph, Is the DASD on your MP2003 reachable from your VM system? If so, why not do the Debian build under VM, shake it out, and then just IPL it on your MP2003? If that's not possible, still shake it out under VM then create a DDR of the Linux DASD and copy it to your MP2003 via tape.
