I cleared some files out of the reader, and it worked.  BTW... how do I figure 
the size of the guest virtual machine?

        Mike already mentioned the guest virtual machine size.  To me, this 
looks
        like the ramdisk is too small.  64MB may be cutting it a little close, 
when
        the uncompressed ramdisk is about 55MB.  You might try bumping that up 
to
        the "92358" value that gets mentioned in the error message.
