I have the mksles9root script that I used to make a Linux server, an installation server. I subsequently added SP1 to the mix.
Then, I went around my Sles9 servers and installed SP1. No problem. But now, I'm doing a fresh install of SLES9 from the same server that also has SP1 on it. Well, Yast started the installation directly from SUSE SLES 9 Service-Pack-1 CD1, then from the origional SUSE SLES CD1 and then from SUSE CORE CD1 and back and forth with the SP1. I think that is a good thing. Is this a case where Linux will be installed with SP1 all ready applied? If so, neat! I think this is the first time I've ever installed something in which maintenance was applied at the same time.
