Christian, where is the documentation for vmcp?  The "Device Drivers,
Features, and Commands" book appears not to have been updated.  :-(

If we could read what vmcp does for people and scripts, and what
/dev/something does for programs, the confusion over what we can/can't do
with vmcp would go away.
