Hi Everyone, We are doing research to see if moving some/all of our Oracle data bases from z/OS (1.4 or 1.7) to LINUX on a z/VM IFL would be a good move. We will be moving toward SOA and I need some strong support to recommend this verses going to another platform such as UNIX or Windows. I have read some articles that sound good, but I'm hoping to get some comments, ideas, pro's or con's from anyone out there that can help me either justify the move or reject the idea.
