All my updating stopped working for all my SLES10x guests. I have a YUM server that mirrors novell.update.com and it seems to have been working fine. I see updates every now and then. However, using YaST2 online updates shows me no new updates. When entering YaST2?s ?installation source? I get an error and YaST2 removes my YUM server.

I go directly to my Linux YUM guest and have the same problem. I deleted the local service but the service add fails with: linuxyum:/etc/zmd: > rug service-add /var/SLES10-YUP/SLES10/s390x --type yum linuxyum Adding YUM service /var/SLES10-YUP/SLES10/s390x... 33% ERROR: Could not add '/var/SLES10-YUP/SLES10/s390x': Failed to parse XML metadata: Can't add repository at file:/var/SLES10-YUP/SLES10/s390x: Cannot create the installation source I am at wits end at this point.
