That's the point.  You shouldn't have to do anything, assuming you've kept your 
subscription paid up.  Since you can get to the SP1 patches, I would have to 
believe that is the case.  So, call the Novell help desk and tell them you're 
having problems accessing your maintenance.  They should be able to look into 
it and figure out what is wrong.
